  • We ask that your time slot is 7am-12pm, 12pm-5pm or 5pm-10pm to allow more groups to celebrate, if you would like to adjust this please reach out

(these time slots are required in May)

  • An additional $200 will be added to events that take place on New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

  • If you would like an Event Supervisor during your event to help restock food, take out trash and oversee the event, it is an additional $35 per hour. If you opt out of this option there will be someone to unlock and lock the space at the beginning and end of your time slot.
